Is it safe to use?
Developed for safety around mainly EWG green-grade ingredients — fragrance-free, no synthetic preservatives (the Lifting Toner and Men’s All-in-One are lightly scented). Because every product is built mainly on naturally derived ingredients, if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin we recommend a small patch test on the inner wrist first.
Do I have to use it only before bed?
Every product can be used day or night. That said, the Original Lifting Ampoule, Vita C Lifting Ampoule, and Lifting Mask Pack are designed as overnight products — apply after your evening cleanse and leave on overnight so the actives in the film are fully absorbed.
My skin feels dry after lifting.
The tight, lifted sensation from the film can feel similar to the post-cleanse tightness you get when an alkaline product has disrupted the barrier and moisture balance. But your skin isn’t actually dry — it’s in the process of recovering elasticity, so relax and enjoy the lift.
One ampoule is a lot to use at once — can I split it?
The Original Lifting Ampoule is mixed just before use, so it’s best applied at its freshest. If you must split it, keep it refrigerated and use it up within a week.
How does the lifting mechanism work?
As you apply it, a net-like lifting film forms on the skin, smoothing wrinkles and tightening pores. The firming actives held in the film react with your skin’s moisture and are absorbed gradually to help improve elasticity.
